Refund Policy

1. This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by estreetshops

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

3. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned for a refund where they are perishable (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, magazines) or where they are intimate or sanitary goods (like underwear), or where they are hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

4. Other types of services cannot be returned for a refund, for example where the service begins as soon as you make the payment (e.g. a downloadable software product) or a gift card or gift wrapping service

5. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return, and the original postage and packaging charges made. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us.

6. Our standard returns policy entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price and postage and packaging charges if you change your mind (i.e. the goods or services provided are not faulty or were not described properly) within 14 working days.

7. If the item you purchased was faulty or did not work properly, or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.

8. Where you would like to return a physical product you have purchased, please contact us to let us know that you will be returning the item. To obtain a refund for a non-physical product (like a service) please contact us for further information about how this can be done.

9. Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

10. If you haven't received a refund yet where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.

11. If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).

12. If an item you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase.


estreetshops has a 30 Day Free Returns Policy

  • Any     software may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of     the dispatch date, providing that the seal remains unbroken on the     software if sold NEW.
    We do also test our pre-owned stock prior     to shipment.     

        
  • PC     media must be returned NEW and SEALED...opened PC media is not     returned with STEAM codes etc.

        
  • Hardware     or peripherals may be opened for the purpose of inspection (but not     used) and may be returned for refund or exchange within 28 days     of the dispatch date.     

        
  • Please     note that hardware must contain every component part (cables, memory     sticks etc.) before it can be accepted as a return.     

        
  • Please     be aware any return in which the product seal has been broken may be     subject to a restocking fee up to 20%.

        
  • This does not     affect your statutory rights.

  • Voucher     Codes: We sometimes offer voucher codes, please register account to     use & apply to order. Voucher codes use is at our discretion,     and can discontinued at anytime  Account registration required

    PRE-ORDERS- dates are subject to change from the publisher, we will keep you informed of any potential change, should our price drop prior to release we will refund any difference.

    Pre-orders are dispatched day before release 24 hour signed, EU/ROW 5-9 days inernational tracked.  


    Paypal immediate payment/Amazon Payment immediate cancel up to 7 days before release

    DIGITAL Orders -Please use Paypal payments for digital delivery and you will receive any code or DLC after checkout for download , Amazon payments does not have the facility.

We advise requesting a proof of postage when returning any item to us, for your own records and insurance should anything happen to the product while in the care of Royal Mail.
When returning an item, please be sure to include a copy of your invoice or your order number with your item, so that we are able to easily identify your order and minimize any delays in the returns process.
* Before returning any item, please ensure it meets our return requirements as outlined above. Any item returned that does not meet our return requirements will be returned at the expense of sender.

HARDWARE FAULTS



  •     If     your item has stopped functioning correctly a 12 month warranty on     goods, valid from the date of purchase. In the first instance though     we would advise consulting the products manual as this would provide     useful troubleshooting tips. If further assistance is required     though, we would recommend contacting the manufacture directly.     Please note it is your responsibility to register your product     direct eg. With Sony along with any serial numbers.

Items that develop a fault

If you have an item that develops a fault after 6 months, we may request engineers report or information from the manufacture to confirm that the fault is inherent. Please note that items that appear physically damage will be rejected if this is believed to have been caused due to misuse or general wear and tear. Our decision is final on all returns.

The item must be returned complete, including all the original manufacturers packaging. Please be as specific as possible about the fault so our test centre can attempt to replicate it. Please also make sure the item is packaged securely for its return back to us.
