Delivery Information

Please note that the information below is based on normal delivery conditions and is meant as a guideline only.
External factors (e.g. adverse weather, peak Christmas season, strikes and other conditions affecting postal networks) may still delay your order beyond our control.

UK DELIVERY
All standard items are delivered by Royal Mail 24 2D Delivery confrimation or Registered Mail . Some bulk items such as consoles etc. will be sent by UPS or Amazon Logistic.
All orders are delivered within the UK for FREE and are VAT/TAX  inclusive

All orders placed before 12noon Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be dispatched same day (unless stated otherwise on products page) and delivery usually takes 1-2 working days. Royal Mail state that 93%* of 1st Class items are delivered next working day*, expect longer delivery during peak times such as Christmas, Easter, and day after Bank Holidays.

ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY
For all standard items, we offer Royal Mail Special Delivery which is guaranteed by 1pm the next day (excluding Bank Holidays). This delivery method is only available before 12pm Monday-Friday  
Royal Mail Special Delivery is only available for standard items that are listed as 'IN-STOCK'.


EUROPEAN DELIVERY (EU and NON EU)
We deliver to Europe - £1.49 standard per item and order over £20 require £6.99 tracking additional...international PRIORITY services used
We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours (unless stated otherwise on products page) of the order being placed and delivery usually takes 6-9 working days.

PRE-ORDERS are sent day before release in the UK 1st class registered delivery, EU/ROW international tracked express eta 5-7 days

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
We deliver to a select number of countries outside of Europe -£1.49 standard per item and order over £20 require £6.99 tracking additional  . We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours (unless stated otherwise on products page) of the order being placed and delivery usually takes 8-14 working days.

PRE-ORDERS are sent day before release in the UK 1st class registered delivery, EU/ROW international tracked express eta 5-7 days


 
NON-DELIVERY
Please use the contact form, and confirm the Postal address and recipient.
 
WAITING FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE (DELIVERY TO UK)
Your order is with the Royal Mail who state that 92% of their First Class mail arrives the next day, Our items are all 2 barcoded and scanned through the Royal Mail system

but if yours doesn't arrive, Royal Mail has the following advice:

  • IS IT LESS THAN 4 WORKING DAYS SINCE YOUR MAIL SHOULD HAVE ARRIVED?
    If so, hold tight, it's probably on its way but may have been held up by an incomplete address, no Postcode, or unusual circumstances.
  • IS IT 4 TO 10 DAYS SINCE YOUR MAIL SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED?
    If so, Royal Mail classes your item as officially delayed and they recommend that you should:
  1. Check with your neighbors to see if a parcel has been left with them
  2. Check any outhouses you might have where mail may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox
  3. Contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.
  • HAVE 14 DAYS PASSED SINCE YOUR ITEM WAS POSTED TO YOU?
    Royal Mail will now class your item as lost and we will either send you a replacement or give you a refund.
    Please contact us stating your order reference number and confirming that you have not received the item.
    We will pursue the issue with Royal Mail for compensation and your email/letter will be used as evidence.

WAITING FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE (DELIVERY TO EUROPE)
Your order is with the Royal Mail (or your domestic postal authority) who aim to deliver your parcel within 3-5 working days, but if yours hasn't arrived Royal Mail has the following advice:

  •  IS IT LESS THAN 7 WORKING DAYS SINCE YOUR MAIL SHOULD HAVE ARRIVED?
    If so, hold tight, it's probably on its way but may have been held up by an incomplete address, no Postcode, or unusual circumstances.
  • IS IT 7 TO 19 DAYS SINCE YOUR MAIL SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED?
    If so, Royal Mail classes your item as officially delayed and they recommend that you should:
  1. Check with your neighbors to see if a parcel has been left with them
  2. Check any outhouses you might have where mail may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox
  3. Contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.
  • HAVE 20 DAYS PASSED SINCE YOUR ITEM WAS POSTED TO YOU?
  • Royal Mail will now class your item as lost and we will either send you a replacement or give you a refund.

Your order is with the Royal Mail (or your domestic postal authority) who aim to deliver your parcel within 5-7 working days, but if yours hasn't arrived Royal Mail has the following advice:

  • IS IT LESS THAN 10 WORKING DAYS SINCE YOUR MAIL SHOULD HAVE ARRIVED?
    If so, hold tight, it's probably on its way but may have been held up by an incomplete address, no Postcode, or unusual circumstances.
  • IS IT 11 TO 24 DAYS SINCE YOUR MAIL SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED?
    If so, Royal Mail classes your item as officially delayed and they recommend that you should:

  2. Check any outhouses you might have where mail may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox
